Shipping & Delivery: Youth Sports Experience makes every effort to fulfill and ship your order as quickly as possible. YSE currently charges flat shipping rates. Additional charges may apply for overweight items.
Privacy & Security: Youth Sports Experience respects your privacy. No information collected on this site will be used for any unsolicited or unauthorized communication. We will not sell your information to a third party company or subject you to spam. We take security very seriously and guard your personal information through a secure store front and authorize.net secure credit card processing gateway.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions: We accept all major credit cards as well as check or money order. If you select check or money order your order will require additional processing time as we await the arrival of your check and require it to clear before shipment.; All pricing is subject to change without notice.
Viewing Orders: In order to view open or past orders please slick 'My Account', once you login you will see your current and past orders. If you need assistance call our showroom at 630-369-8533.
Updating Account Information: At any time you can update your address, payment information, or other account information from the 'My Account' area of the website. This is your personal home base in the Youth Sports Experience store. 'My Account' is also where you will be able to check order status and/or receive tracking information for your order.
